Terms of Use (Nutzungs­bedingungen)

1. Scope (Geltungsbereich)

These terms of use apply to the use of the website fuwo.app and the associated Progressive Web App of Fussball-Woche GmbH (in Gruendung), Luetzowstrasse 104-106, 10785 Berlin.

2. Minimum Age (Mindestalter)

Use of the platform and, in particular, registration of a user account is only permitted from the age of 16. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old. For users under 16, the consent of a parent or legal guardian is required.

3. Description of Services (Leistungsbeschreibung)

Fussball-Woche offers a digital platform for news, results, and information about Berlin amateur football. The service includes editorial articles, match results, a prediction game, job listings, and a newsletter.

We reserve the right to change, supplement, or discontinue the service at any time. There is no entitlement to permanent availability.

Certain features require registration. You are obliged to provide truthful information and to keep your login credentials confidential.

All content on the platform is protected by copyright. Any use beyond private purposes requires prior written consent.

7. Liability (Haftung)

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the content provided — in particular for match results and league tables. Liability for slight negligence is excluded insofar as no material contractual obligations are breached.

8. Crowdfunding

Contributions via Startnext are subject to their terms of use. Information on the use of funds is communicated transparently on the platform.

9. Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)

If you as a consumer enter into a paid contract via our platform (e.g. subscription), you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days (Section 312g BGB). The withdrawal must be submitted in text form (e.g. by email) to hello@fuwo.app. The withdrawal period begins upon conclusion of the contract.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have begun performance of the contract with your express consent and you have acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal upon complete performance of the contract.

11. Amendments to the Terms of Use

We reserve the right to amend these terms of use. We will notify you of material changes by email or by notice on the platform at least 14 days before they take effect. If you do not object within this period, the new terms are deemed accepted. In the event of an objection, we reserve the right to terminate the agreement.

12. Final Provisions (Schlussbestimmungen)

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction is Berlin, insofar as legally permissible. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
